Instead of taking the exit to the right, continue further and take another right, dropping down through a hole in the ground. Exit this room and look for another entrance on your right, leading to a set of stairs. These stairs will take you to the upper floor where you'll find a chest containing the second Legion Plug.

On your path to the Grand Exhibition Gallery, you will encounter a non-functional cable car within a room designed primarily for exhibition purposes.
