How to Get Lunala in Indigo Disk Pokemon Scarlet and Violet?

To get Lunala in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's Indigo Disk, you'll first need the Lunala Treat. You can get this treat by talking to an NPC named Snacksworth at the entrance of Blueberry Academy after finishing the main story. Snacksworth gives out special treats for Legendary Pokémon as you complete Blueberry Quests either alone or with friends. Keep doing these quests until you receive the Lunala Treat from Snacksworth.

Once you have the Lunala Treat, it'll trigger Lunala's appearance in the Paldea region. To find Lunala, fly to Porto Marinada and head north towards Casseroya Lake. Look for one of the cliffs nearby – Lunala's pretty big, so it's hard to miss with its massive wingspan. Remember, Lunala will be at level 70 and Shiny-locked, and this encounter happens only once. It's crucial to be prepared to face it: bring Pokémon that can weaken Lunala and inflict status conditions to make catching it easier.

Lunala in Indigo Disk Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

In Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's Indigo Disk DLC, you can catch the Psychic/Ghost Legendary Pokémon called Lunala. This majestic Pokémon is a nod to the Gen VII games set in the Alola region, joining its counterpart Solgaleo. While normally Lunala evolves from Cosmoem, which in turn evolves from Cosmog, you'll find Lunala already in its final form within The Indigo Disk. However, catching Lunala isn't a quick and easy task. You'll need to invest some time and effort to make Lunala and other Legendary Pokémon appear in the game.

Indigo Disk DLC

The Indigo Disk is a key component of the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet expansion, "The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero." Released as Part 2, it introduces players to Blueberry Academy, an underwater school with diverse biomes beneath its surface. The Indigo Disk represents a crucial element in the game, driving the narrative forward.

As a player, you embark on an adventure as an exchange student, exploring the academy's subtropical savannah, lush coastal, rugged canyon, and freezing biomes. Throughout the journey, you engage with fellow students, attend classes, and experience student life. The overarching goal is to ascend the ranks of the BB League, a Pokémon battle ranking system devised by Blueberry Academy's students. Confronting the Elite Four, led by trainers Lacey, Crispin, Amarys, and Drayton, players must pass individual trials to reach thrilling and challenging battles. The Indigo Disk thus unveils a rich and dynamic extension to the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet universe.

Indigo Disk DLC Plot

In the Indigo Disk DLC plot, players journey to Blueberry Academy as an exchange student, a sister school to their own academy. The adventure unfolds as they revisit Paldea and descend into the Great Crater once more, exploring a mysterious area within Area Zero. The plot intertwines with the quest to uncover hidden treasures and face new challenges in Blueberry Academy's underwater biomes. Students engage in classes, Blueberry Quests, and climb the ranks of the BB League.

Along the way, players encounter characters like Director Cyrano, Lacey, Crispin, and Amarys, each contributing to the evolving storyline. With new discoveries, battles, and a vibrant academy setting, the Indigo Disk DLC promises an engaging and thrilling expansion to the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet universe.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet

"Pokemon Scarlet and Violet" are the newest games in the Pokemon series, released in November 2022 for the Nintendo Switch. These games mark the beginning of the ninth generation of Pokemon video games, introducing players to the Paldea region, inspired by the Iberian Peninsula. One of the biggest changes is the introduction of an open-world setting, a departure from previous Pokemon games.

In this new adventure, players can explore the expansive Paldea region and embark on three distinct storylines, a unique feature not seen in earlier Pokemon games. Scarlet and Violet bring in 110 new Pokemon, including two regional forms and mysterious creatures called Paradox Pokemon, adding exciting new elements to the familiar world of Pokemon. A fascinating addition is the Terastal phenomenon, allowing Pokemon to transform into their exclusive "Tera Type," adding depth and strategy to battles.

These games retain features from recent Pokemon titles, such as large open areas and Pokemon roaming in the overworld, enhancing the sense of exploration and adventure. Despite criticisms, the games made a massive impact commercially, selling over 10 million copies in their first three days and reaching a staggering 23.23 million copies sold by September 2023, becoming Nintendo's biggest launch ever.
