Pokemon Go Shadow Registeel

To obtain your Shadow Registeel in Pokemon Go, trainers must complete the final quest line in the Shadow Skirmishes Special Research and defeat Giovanni. For that, you must defeat the three Team Go Rocket bosses and their Pokemon. Here is the process how the trainers stacks up and bust-up of their teams.

Arlo

The Trainers may feel some of Arlo’s team, but that has altered a little. By this time, he might begin with Nidoran (male). His signature Pokemon, Scizor, is a good choice for his team, but at least one strong Fire and Water-type Pokemon should be brought into this battle.

  • Nidoran (male)
  • Crobat/Steelix/Cradily
  • Charizard/Scizor/Armaldo

Cliff

Next, coming to Cliff, he will begin with a Magnemite and has a blend of Rock/Ground types. A ground type is necessary because it takes out Omastar, Magnemite, Tyranitar, and Camerupt. A strong Water-type could assist but take something if he uses a Venusaur. It’s weak to fire, ice, flying, and psychic attacks. It is advisable that a Flying type as Fire and Psychic may get walled by a few of his other Pokemon.

  • Venusaur/Omastar/Pinsir
  • Sharpedo/Tyranitar/Camerupt

Sierra

Talking about Sierra, this time around she begins with Beldum and has a bunch of psychic and dark types on her squad. A Fairy-style Togekiss is necessary as it might pull out Sierra’s Sharpedo, Flygon, and Shiftry. A fighting style might gain from taking on Sharpedo, Houdnoom, Lapras, and Shiftry. Select wisely, trainers.

  • Sharpedo/Lapras/Flygon
  • Houndoom/Alakazam/Shiftry

Giovanni

Giovanni is one of the hardest of all the Team Rocket trainers. It might be more difficult with the Shadow Regime on his side. The way is to get his lead Pokemon, Persian while collecting enough energy to free the powerful Charged Attacks.  A better fighting type will give out Persian as well as deal super-effective damage to Cloyster and Registeel. Mega Blaziken is a better option, as it could go ahead with most of Giovanni’s team, particularly the Persian and Registeel.
