How To Open Chests With Eyes In Howarts Legacy?
To unlock the eye-chests in Hogwarts Legacy, you need to progress through the main story and complete Professor Hecat’s assignments, which will eventually lead you to the Secrets of the Restricted Section. However, before you can gain access to the restricted area, you must first go to Black's office, which is inaccessible. That's where Sebastion comes in. He will teach you the Disillusionment spell, which enables you to turn invisible temporarily.
To get the Disillusionment spell, follow the quest objective to locate Sebastian and speak with him. You'll need to complete a mission that involves sneaking through students and mastering the spell before you can keep it. Once you have the spell, you can open the eye chests in Hogwarts Legacy, but you can't simply cast the spell while standing next to the chest. Instead, you must cast the spell while out of sight of the chest and then approach it while invisible.
The eye-chests in Hogwarts Legacy are sensitive to your presence and will close with a click and thud if they detect you. Therefore, you must be careful when and where you cast the spell. If you wake up the chest's eye fully, you'll need to wait a bit before it resets. Note that the eye will open slightly when you approach it while invisible, so don't worry about that. To open the chest, locate it, leave the immediate area, turn invisible, and then approach the chest while invisible to increase your chances of looting it.
