Sons of the Forest is a popular survival horror video game, which was developed by Endnight Games. It was published by Newnight. It is the sequel to the 2014 video game The Forest, which was released on February 23, 2023. It was released through early access for Microsoft Windows. It keeps the players in control of a protagonist who has no assistance on an island inhabited by cannibals. The players can create weapons and structures to help them survive.
Where To Find Virginia In Sons Of The Forest?
The first rule of making Virginia a companion in Sons of the Forest is to avoid attacking or killing her. She first appears around Day 2 of the campaign. You'll most likely run into her on your way back to the helicopter crash site. If you have a weapon, she will raise her arms to defend herself, but she will also flee. In fact, if you approach her, she will simply flee. Virginia, the so-called "mutant lady" in Sons of the Forest, could be mistaken for a hostile character. If you try to attack her, she will become injured. You can resurrect her, but she'll still flee. This may influence how she perceives you in the future. If you do it correctly, she will hand you some blueberries the next time she appears. There will also be a button prompt for you to interact with her. Virginia is now an official companion in Sons of the Forest.

The dress can be found in the Food and Dining bunker, through the same locked door that leads to a Sons of the Forest keycard - note that the maintenance key is required to open it. You'll be able to enter the large double doors at the top of the stairs once you've obtained the VIP keycard. The dress can be found on the couch on the right side of the lobby.
The camo suit is much easier to obtain than the dress, and you may have already picked it up on your travels. It's in a kayak abandoned on the shoreline in the far north-west corner of the map, just past the deserted camp with a sunburned corpse mounted on a stretcher.

Because this entire process takes place outside, there is a chance that mutants and cannibals will emerge. If you have the ability, you must kill them while Virginia is not present. Otherwise, if she is attacked by hostiles, the part of her script where she gives you blueberries may become corrupted. When tested, this will disable the hidden trigger that makes her a companion. We had to reload an earlier save because she didn't respawn any longer.
Virginia, unlike Kelvin, cannot be given orders, though she will normally follow you around.
