To make Aurora, you first need to find its recipe. When you're in Neon City and see Neon Security officers arresting someone for smuggling Aurora, listen to their conversation. This will start a series of quests where you'll go to the Xenofresh Lab to create Aurora. After you finish one of the lab tasks, a character named Robie will give you the coordinates for a package containing Aurora. You must deliver it to Yannick Legrande, and in return, he'll give you the recipe for the drug.
Once you have the Aurora recipe, you can make it in any pharmaceutical laboratory station. But you'll need these materials:
1. Hallucinogens - 2
2. Benzene - 1
3. Stimulant - 1
4. Chasmbass Oil - 1
Finding Chasmbass Oil might be tricky for some players. Don't worry; it's easy to get. Go to the feast below Xenofresh Fisheries in Neon City and shoot some Chasmbass fish. Then, jump into the water to collect Chasmbass Oil from them, which you'll need to make Aurora.
How to Secretly Transport Aurora in Starfield
While making, buying, and having Aurora within Neon City is legal, you can't just take it outside the city because guards will catch you. To avoid the Security Guard posts, go to the Ebbside district and use the stairs to reach the roof of Neon. From there, walk to the edge above the city's port.
