How to Remove Evil Plant in Disney Dreamlight Valley?

In the Eternity Isle’s Wild Tangle biome, you'll encounter Small Evil Plants. While they might blend in with the surroundings, these plants aren't part of the usual decor. They're considered troublesome and need removing. Not just for ethical reasons, but they also yield Tropical Wood, a crucial material for crafting in A Rift in Time.

Dealing with Small Evil Plants

To get rid of these Small Evil Plants, players need a Small Evil Plant Watering Can Potion. Completing Merlin’s story quest, “Village Project: Timeless Trash,” is the goal here. It involves visiting the Timebending Table after collecting specific ingredients: 500 Mist and 20 Tropical Wood. Mist can be acquired through various means like completing Mist Duties, clearing Splinters of Fate, or using the Royal Hourglass for treasure hunting.

For Tropical Wood, it's found near trees in four areas within the Wild Tangle biome: The Grasslands, The Grove, The Promenade, and The Lagoon. Crafting the Small Evil Plant Watering Can Potion at the Timebending Table automatically upgrades the Royal Watering Can. With this upgrade, players can remove Small Evil Plants and gather Tropical Wood from them.

Tackling Large Evil Plants

Large Evil Plants dominate the Wild Tangle, taking up substantial space. To reclaim this territory, players need to deal with these towering plants. Similar to Small Evil Plants, an upgrade to the Royal Watering Can is the key to removing them. Completing Merlin’s "Village Project: Timeless Trash" quest leads to the next task, "Village Project: Timeless Tools." To complete this task, players must craft all available Royal Tool upgrades at the Timebending Table. This includes the potion required to eliminate Large Evil Plants.

Large Evil Plant Watering Can Potion in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Crafting the Large Evil Plant Watering Can Potion in Disney Dreamlight Valley involves a few steps. First off, players need to upgrade their Royal Hourglass to Level 1 using Mist at the Timebending Table. This upgrade is important because it unlocks new recipes and allows the discovery of an essential material called the Ancient Core (Level 1) during Timebending. Once you've upgraded the Royal Hourglass, you'll need to gather specific ingredients to craft the potion. You'll require 3000 Mist, 1 Ancient Core (Level 1), and 40 pieces of Tropical Wood. These materials are essential, so make sure you've got them before heading to the crafting stage.

After gathering all the necessary ingredients, head back to the Timebending Table. Look for the recipe for the Large Evil Plant Watering Can Potion under the "Special" category. When you find it, you can start crafting the potion using the gathered materials. Crafting this potion will immediately upgrade your Royal Watering Can. This upgraded tool will allow you to clear the Large Evil Plants from the Wild Tangle in the game.
