In your Instagram profile and click on a Highlight.

Share Your Story As A Post

Open Google Chrome and go to StorySaver.
Now, choose a public video and tap on the "three dots" in the top right corner to copy the video URL.
You now have to go back to Chrome to Storysaver.net and Download it.
