• Open the Instagram app and tap the plus sign icon. Then, choose either "Post" or "Reel".
• Choose a photo or video and add a caption, along with any desired effects and filters. Tap "Next" on iOS or the three dots on Android.
• Tap "Advanced settings."
• Choose "Schedule."
• Select a date and time up to 75 days in the future.
• Tap "Done."
• Go back to the previous screen and tap "Schedule" to finalize the scheduling of your post or Reel. 

How To Schedule Instagram Reels?  

To edit, reschedule, or delete a scheduled post or Reel on Instagram:

• Go to your Instagram profile and tap the three dots in the top right corner. Then, select "Scheduled content."
• Find the post or Reel you would like to edit and tap the three dots next to it.
• Choose "Reschedule," "Share now," or "Delete."
