Move it slightly backward to access the upper platform in front of you. Attack the wooden barrier to your right to reveal a secret cave. Inside the cave, look to your right to find a small bag containing the Key to the Farmer's Case.

With the key in hand, simply follow the cave path straight to exit it. Return to the house and go back to the location of the chest. Use the key to unlock it and claim the valuable rewards stored inside.
