kca.nick.tv/vote/ is the official website of Nick in which you can vote for your favorite stars. Exhibit A, which is incorporated herein by reference, lists the 27 main categories and 31 international categories that are up for a vote. To be announced at a later time, Nickelodeon and Nickelodeon International reserve the right to change or add new voting categories. The KCA on April 9, 2022, will feature the announcement of the Category Winners. A maximum of 100 votes per category, per voting device, will be recognized for votes cast through the website and the Nick Play app in a single day; votes cast in excess of this number will not be accepted or tallied. Voting machines of any kind, including software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro, and other automated votes, are not allowed.
In its sole discretion, Nickelodeon International reserves the right to void any vote it believes or discovers to have been cast in violation of these voting rules, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intention to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass another person. The total number of votes cast for the nominees in each of the international categories during the voting period will be tallied by Nickelodeon International, and the nominee with the highest number of votes in the relevant category, as determined by Nickelodeon International, will be named the winner of that category.
