Immortal Fenyx Rising Walkthrough

Clashing Rocks

  • A Stranger Shore - The game's first quest involves running up the staircase, climbing the cliff, and following the marker to the sword, which comes with a weapon tutorial combat. Then, climbing the statue and collecting Blue Mushrooms and Ambrosia. A Far Sight and map tutorial will follow before jumping off the statue and heading to the map marker, which will end the quest. However, the player should be aware that not all quests will be as easy as this one.
  • Life And Death - The player must complete a simple platforming section and a puzzle to progress through the area. The puzzle involves activating the first switch to go right, then activate the switch on the right, and finally deactivating the first switch, which will raise the platforms to allow the player to collect their Wings. These wings grant the player the ability to double jump and obtain their axe, which comes with a combat tutorial. Upon reaching the end of the area, the player can open a chest and collect some Lightning. This marks the completion of the first Vault.
  • A Golden Opportunity - After obtaining the wings, the player can cross the broken bridge they previously saw at the end of the first quest. After fighting a set of enemies and climbing to the highest point, the player will receive a stealth attack tutorial against a Gorgon and obtain Herakles’ bracers, which allow for moving and carrying heavy objects. The player will then be sent to an island off the coast and need to carry golden boxes to nearby pressure pads, teaching the player about the game's box on pressure pad puzzles. This will open a new vault, Odysseus’ Struggle, where the player will need to move some golden boxes onto pressure pads, pull a box off the wall with the bracers to reach the next level and throw the boxes onto pressure pads to complete the basic bracers tutorial. The player will then receive a bow and a brief tutorial before shooting a chain to drop a rock onto a pressure pad. Opening the chest at the end will reward the player with Lightning, completing the quest.
  • Blurry Vision - In the final quest of Clashing Rocks, you'll be introduced to Myth Challenges. You'll need to fight enemies, solve puzzles using Apollo's Arrow and pressure pads, and face Gorgons in the One-Eyed Giant vault. You'll also need to roll balls into curved pressure pads and pull a box toward the walls to complete the puzzle.

Valley Of The Eternal Spring

  • Gods And Monsters - that the location you have just arrived in will become the hub for the rest of the game. You can choose which region to clear first, but the guide will focus on the Valley Of The Eternal Spring.
  • From Pain Comes Beauty - To start the Valley of the Eternal Spring region, players should first go to Athena's statue, then glide to the apple tree which is actually Aphrodite in disguise. Aphrodite will send the player to retrieve a pearl on the northwest edge of the map, which requires fighting a cyclops and navigating through lakes and gates. Players then return to Aphrodite, where they fight Wraiths and Achilles.
  • A Crying Shame - Aphrodite's quest in Immortals involves completing three Vaults to gather three Tears of Aphrodite, which together make up a considerable quest.
  • One Bad Apple - In this quest in Immortals Fenyx Rising, players need to find Aphrodite and retrieve the Apple of Discord, which is located in the Palace of Aphrodite in the region's southwest. Once players have placed three apples in front of the statue, they can activate the Apple of Discord and roll it down the ramp. After shooting two targets above the door to open it, players can retrieve the Apple and return it to Aphrodite. This quest is relatively short in comparison to the previous quest that required players to complete three separate Vaults.
  • Bolt From The Blue - In this quest, players need to find Ambrosia in the Valley of Eternal Spring's open world and then check on a bird that is struck by lightning in a cutscene. Hermes will then instruct players to get a Seed of the Dead, which can be found at a nearby marker. Players can get the seed without engaging with nearby enemies. After acquiring the Seed, players should return to the bird which is reborn as a Phoenix named Phosphur, who helps players throughout the game.

Grove of Kleos

  • The Good, The Bad, And the Tiny - This is a quest where the player needs to climb the building at the marker, climb the Athena statue, speak to Athena who is a child at the Archives, and then go to the Hydra's vault called The Serpentine Monster. In the vault, the player needs to fight the Hydra by shooting arrows at its head while using Godly Powers to deal with ground enemies quickly. There is no puzzle to solve in this quest.
  • Judgment Day - The final quest in the game requires the player to cleanse Athena's Temple of corruption. To do this, the player must jump into the Vault of Athena located at the quest marker.

War’s Den

  • Jaws of War - In the Jaws Of War quest, players need to climb Ares' statue and meet a creature in the arena. They will discover that Ares is a chicken and will have to fight off soldiers. This quest is unique because players need to get Ares' essence back first by completing the Vault of Ares, which features floating and dropping boxes.
  • Pecking Orders - In the "Pecking Orders" questline, Ares (who appears as a chicken) will give you two quests to complete. The first quest involves fighting regular enemies, a big shield soldier, and a Cerberus to reach the Sanctuary of Erebos from the south of the statue.
  • Nest Egg - Once you have completed the previous tasks, return to Ares to start the final story quest of the area. This quest will grant you access to Ajax's Fort and you'll need to activate both fortress mechanisms to proceed. After clearing the enemies in the opening area, focus on tackling the left mechanism first.

The Forgelands

  • Who Art Thou? - First, head to the statue of Hephaistos and climb it using far sight. You'll be directed to a noise coming from below, prompting you to enter the cave. Inside, you'll meet a robot version of Hephaistos with no memories. He'll ask you to find his hands, with one in the middle of a lake and the other in a pit guarded by enemies. After retrieving both hands, return to the automaton to complete the quest. The enemies guarding the hands are nothing special, and you don't need to carry them back like the boxes in puzzles.
  • Light My Fire - In this quest, you need to ignite four furnace chimneys. You can start from any of the markers, and the first chimney is closest to Hephaistos. You need to throw coal into the chute and ignite it using an arrow through the brazier. The second chimney requires defeating enemies and standing on a platform to ignite the brazier. The third chimney has a red door blocking the switch, which needs to be broken before shooting the arrow. The fourth chimney is simple to complete with no enemies. This quest must be completed along with Fan Service and Churned On to move forward.
  • Fan Service - In this quest, defeat two automatons and clear corruption, then push two boxes to open the red door and activate the first vent. Down the ramp, defeat enemies, clear corruption, and activate the switch to activate the second vent. With both vents on and the chimneys ignited, the quest is complete, but the water wheels in Churned On still need to be fixed.
  • Churned On - To complete this mission, head to the water wheels and defeat any enemies you encounter. Destroy the first set of corruption and move on to the next two sets, which are devoid of enemies. Utilize the wind platforms to reach the far water wheel and eliminate the corruption on the lowest level. Then, use the wind platforms to return to the starting location and destroy the corruption once again. With this, the water wheels will begin turning, and if you've completed the previous quests, you're ready to restore The Forgelands' forge.
  • Shaken To The Core - In this quest, you need to light the two furnaces in the forge using the coal-in-the-chute and arrow-through-the-brazier method. After lighting both furnaces, talk to Hephaistos outside, which summons the Clanking Automaton Lieutenant. Defeat the enemy, who hits hard but takes lots of damage, to complete the quest.
  • A Breakthrough - The following quest is a separate task but could have been a part of Shaken To The Core. Begin by using the wind platform to fly almost to the roof, then engage in a fight with the enemies on the rooftop. Climb to the very top to face more enemies, but both sets are just weak soldiers. After defeating them, walk to the fire and interact with it to complete the quest.
  • Dark Arts - The ultimate task of The Forgelands is to acquire Hephaistos' essence from the Vault of Hephaistos, which can be accessed by reaching the designated marker.

King’s Peak

  • Family Emergency - For this quest, you need to ascend to the top of King's Peak Mountain. Glide across to the peak from Guardian's Hill, then fight the Cyclops on the path. Use Apollo's Arrow to stun two more Cyclops later on. Climb the bird statue and scout to reveal the area, but since the quest is linear, it doesn't help much. Continue up to the lake, dive in, and swim under the barrier. You'll encounter the first mandatory Myth challenge of a Family Emergency.
  • The Spider's Web - After passing through the portal, you will find yourself at the Gates of Tartaros, and will need to ascend a small peak in order to enter the vault. This marks the point of no return, so it is important to create a dedicated save if you intend to explore further, as there is no post-game content available. Your first challenge will be to face Typhon, and using Phosphor can be advantageous in this battle. However, do not underestimate Typhon as you will face him once more at the end of the vault, making this initial encounter a mere warm-up.
