Natalie Morales-Rhodes is a journalist from the United States who currently co-hosts and moderates The Talk, a CBS Daytime talk show. Before her current role, Morales served in various positions for NBC News for 22 years, including as the West Coast anchor for Today and appearing on NBC Nightly News and Dateline NBC. After the Rio Summer Olympics in August 2016, Morales relocated to Los Angeles, where she took on the position of West Coast anchor for Today and replaced Billy Bush as host of Access Hollywood and Access Hollywood Live, while still working as a correspondent for Dateline. After finishing college, Natalie Morales worked at Chase Bank before starting her career in journalism. She began her on-air career at News 12 – The Bronx as the first morning anchor under News 12 - The Bronx's first news director Roberto Soto, and original studio directors Tom D’Elia, Brian Webb, Darryl Stith, and David Rein. During her time there, she also worked as a camera operator, editor, and producer. Morales later became a weekend anchor/reporter and morning co-anchor at WVIT-TV in Hartford, Connecticut.
