She heard rumors that it was mentioned on their news and online platforms, so she was crossing her i's and dotting her t's as to where exactly the post was made.

It was only made live online when there was an in-house announcement by the NCC, and the presenter, who is actually an independent contractor hired to do presenting at these particular shows, repeated it when it was heard on the in-house announcement. And because it was done live online, it was on their platforms.
