Jujutsu Kaisen is a popular anime series based on a manga of the same name. They announced a second season on February 12, 2022, with some changes in the team. The new season started on July 6, 2023, and will cover two story arcs from the manga. The first arc, called "Hidden Inventory," is a prequel showing the past of two characters, Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto, when they were students at Jujutsu High and how they became enemies.
The second arc, "Shibuya Incident," is set in the present and features a big battle between sorcerers and curses in Shibuya on Halloween.
