I mean, I was told it wasn't hereditary, wasn't caused by my lifestyle, it was just one of those really awful things that happened, which is also quite difficult to deal with like 'why me?'" But after a while, I began to question, "Why not me?" Cancer hits one in two individuals, so it shouldn't happen to me either, but as I said, I always felt a little invisible and that it wouldn't.
