As Jessica attempts to escape, she realizes she is trapped within the station and is unable to break the glass. She receives a call from her deceased father, demanding justice for his death. Jessica returns to the holding cell, where she finds the homeless man hanged. Her father warns her of cult members attacking the station, and Jessica fights back, killing them.
In a shocking twist, Cohen shoots Jessica from behind, revealing that she had unknowingly killed the HAZMAT team. As she bleeds out, Jessica is approached by the spirits of Paymon and his cultists.
The film ends with Jessica's fate uncertain, leaving viewers with a sense of dread and the implication that the spirits have claimed her.
