Lords of the Fallen Faithful Achievement Guide

How to Start the Faithful Achievement:

  1. You need to find Stomund, the Captain of the Fidelis, in the game.
  2. Look for him in the main hub area of Lords of the Fallen, after you've gone through the Abandoned Redcopse area and beaten Pieta on the bridge.
  3. When you meet Stomund, he'll be on the right side of the hub area called Vestige.
  4. Make sure to buy the "Pilgrim’s Perch Key" from him. You'll need it later.

Progressing Through the Quest:

  1. As you keep playing, around the time you get to Upper Calrath, Stomund will disappear from the hub area. He leaves a note saying he's "gone to the manse."
  2. The "manse" he's talking about is the "Manse of the Hallowed Brothers." To get there, open the door in the bellroom of Pilgrim's Perch Descent, then travel through Pilgrim's Perch Ascent.
  3. This opens a gate to the "Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters."

Finding Stomund:

  1. At the end of the Manse, through a gate on the left side of the bridge to the Tower of Penance, you'll find Stomund.
  2. He'll say he needs to reach "Our Immaculate Lady" before you can buy things from him again.

Getting the Banner Pieces:

  1. After talking to Stomund, move on to the next area, the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters.
  2. When you reach the room with a big tree, head up the stairs to find Stomund again.
  3. He'll talk about a missing banner and ask you to find its broken parts. You must find both pieces before leaving the Abbey to finish the Faithful achievement.

Where to Find the Banner Pieces?:

  1. Damaged Standard - Manse of the Hallowed Brothers:

    • In the courtyard outside the church, look for a door under the stairs leading to an area miniboss. Use your lamp to pass through the door.
    • Go down an elevator and head to the end of a sewer. Going down the stairs at the tunnel's end will lead you to the first part of the banner.
  2. Tattered Banner - Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters:

    • After defeating Rapturous Huntress Lirenne in the bloody church further in the area, go up the first set of stairs and head outside.
    • Enter the Umbral realm and defeat the priest to get the second quest item.

Finishing the Quest:

  • After you've found both pieces of the banner, return to Stomund and hand them over. He'll thank you and get ready to go to the Empyrean (the area right after the Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters). If you want to buy anything from him, do it now.
  • In the Empyrean, go up the steps until just before the main gate. You'll find Stomund's impaled body. When you interact with it, you'll get his weapon and armor and also earn the Faithful achievement.

How to Get Banners in Lords of the Fallen?

To obtain banners in the game "Lords of the Fallen," you need to follow specific steps within the game's storyline. These banners are part of the "Lords of the Fallen Faithful" sidequest and are essential to its completion. First, you'll need to find Stomund, the Captain of the Fidelis, in the main hub area after defeating Pieta in the Abandoned Redcopse area. Purchase the "Pilgrim’s Perch Key" from him, which you'll need later.

As you progress through the game, Stomund will leave the hub area, prompting you to head to the "Manse of the Hallowed Brothers" through the Pilgrim's Perch Descent. After that, explore the "Abbey of the Hallowed Sisters." You'll find Stomund there and receive a quest to locate two banner pieces: the Damaged Standard in the Manse and the Tattered Banner in the Abbey. Once you've collected both banner pieces and given them to Stomund, you'll complete the sidequest and receive the "Lords of the Fallen Faithful" achievement.

Lords of The Fallen Gameplay

Lords of the Fallen is an action-packed role-playing video game that immerses you in a third-person perspective. Just like its predecessor, it offers a choice between melee weapons and magic for taking on adversaries, drawing inspiration from the challenging combat found in Soulslike games. You can even team up with a friend to tackle the game's campaign cooperatively and engage in player-versus-player multiplayer battles for some extra excitement.

As you kick off your adventure, you'll have the chance to craft your own unique character, selecting from a variety of character classes. The game world is expansive, considerably larger than the 2014 version, and it's particularly intriguing because it blends two realms: Axiom, the realm of the living, and Umbral, the realm of the dead, which you can traverse using a mystical lantern. Despite sharing the same space, accessibility varies between these two worlds, adding a layer of depth and strategy.

Whe character meets their demise, they'll find themselves in Umbral, needing to return to Axiom to recover their lost experience points. But if you perish in Umbral, you'll restart at your last savepoint and lose any unspent experience points. Savepoints are relatively rare in each region, but you have the option to craft your own using materials gathered from Umbral creatures, making your choices and tactics pivotal in this captivating interconnected game world.
