To find the Infernomancer, you first must obtain the Skyrest Bridge Key. Both the Infernomancer and the key are situated in the same area. Proceed to the opposite side and use the Umbral Lamp to walk onto the bone bridge, allowing you to reach a ledge directly below. Deactivate the lamp to drop down. Upon landing on the ledge, switch to the Umbral and extend another bone bridge, leading to a massive bridge formed by an Umbral corpse. The Skyrest Bridge Key can be found within the husk item container at the center of the corpse bridge.

While in this area, unlock the shortcut that leads back to Skyrest Bridge.Head to the area beneath the Infernomancer's cell. In the Umbral form, you'll notice an Umbral ladder on the walkway lined with statues. Your task is to break three umbral anchors to unlock the door situated at the top of the ladder. Follow the pulsating blue tubes to each anchor and break them all, then return to collect the Searing Accusation item.
Go back to the Infernomancer's cell and engage in conversation with her twice. On the second interaction, you'll have the option to provide her with the Searing Accusation item, which you should do. Once you've given her the item, the Infernomancer will vanish from her cell, leaving behind a prisoner's head cage armor item. To locate her again, ascend the stairs leading to Pieta's boss arena, where you'll find her standing near the massive fallen stone giant head that's leaking magma.
