Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III is a video game made by Sledgehammer Games and released by Activision in 2023. It's the twentieth game in the Call of Duty series and the third one in the Modern Warfare set, following the story from Modern Warfare II in 2022. The game came out on November 10, 2023, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
In Modern Warfare III, the story continues with Task Force 141, a special operations unit, chasing down a bad guy named Vladimir Makarov, who's planning to start a third World War. The game has multiplayer with remastered maps from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and a new Zombies mode set in an open world.

Finding Dr. Jansen:
Parachute off the roof after accessing the communications tower.
Head to the next compound; Dr. Jansen's lab is on the north end near the pier.
Be cautious as the area is defended by mercenaries and Tier II zombies.
Extracting Dr. Jansen:
Reach the middle of the search area and find a red walkway ramping down.
Dr. Jansen is behind glass windows in her lab.
Survive for about 90 seconds as mercenaries try to stop her from deleting her work.
Escort Dr. Jansen to the helicopter pad on the roof, dealing with mercenaries.
Hold the area on the helipad as Fang approaches, dealing with an intensifying horde.
Board the helicopter with Dr. Jansen and head back to Operation Deadbolt headquarters.
Final Steps:
Watch the entire cutscene to complete the Extraction mission.
Do not back out during the cutscene to get successful exfil credit and keep all rewards.

Extraction has two main goals or tasks. When you finish them, players will get a new loading screen and an extra 5000 experience points. The tasks for the Extraction story mission are:

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III Gameplay
Modern Warfare III's gameplay is similar to its predecessor, Modern Warfare II, and other Call of Duty games. The single-player campaign includes both linear and open-world missions known as "Open Combat Missions." In these, players have more freedom in approaching objectives, choosing between open combat, stealth, or ambush tactics. The on-screen map helps with navigation, displaying objectives and essential equipment locations.
In multiplayer, all sixteen maps from Modern Warfare II are available, with the option to vote for maps in a lobby.
