Mortal Kombat 1 Player 1 Advantage

Some people who like fighting games have a favorite side to play on, either the left or the right of the screen. In Mortal Kombat 1, it's better to be on the left side as Player 1. Player 1 can do certain moves or combos that Player 2 can't do.

This was discovered by a person named mrAPchem, who showed that this issue affects a character named Sub-Zero and actually affects all the characters in the game, no matter the mode or version. Players of Mortal Kombat 1 have found a problem that gives player one a big advantage. Player one can do certain combinations of moves that player two can't do. It doesn't matter if the player is on the left or right side of the screen; player one can do the combo, but player two can't do the same. Many players have confirmed that this problem is occurring on different platforms and with various characters, especially during online matches. This makes the game very unfair for multiplayer.

Mortal Kombat 1 Gameplay

Mortal Kombat 1 brings exciting features for players. It includes a story mode, online multiplayer with rollback netcode, and offline gameplay. A new addition called "Kameo Fighters" offers assistance during fights, acting like tag assist fighters in the Towers of Time mode from Mortal Kombat 11. These characters, chosen before each fight, can perform special attacks, combos, Fatalities, and Brutalities.

The game retains "Fatal Blows" from Mortal Kombat 11 but with a twist. They trigger when a player's health drops below 30%, and in Mortal Kombat 1, they become collaborative offensive moves between the player and a Kameo Fighter. The X-ray effects from Mortal Kombat X make a return during the most significant attack in a Fatal Blow. Additionally, the game refines the Air Kombat combo system from previous titles.

In single-player mode, the game offers a plot-driven Story mode, traditional Towers mode, and introduces the seasonal Invasion mode. Invasion mode combines fighting mechanics with elements of board games and role-playing games, challenging players to complete various tasks on a board, earning rewards like skins, in-game currency, and concept art. Multiplayer features versus modes, including Local, Online, and Tournament modes for exciting gameplay experiences.
