Neural Cloud Wiki

Darkwinter Software Co., Ltd has recently concluded the first closed beta test of their upcoming strategic RPG, Neural Cloud, which is expected to launch globally in November 2022. With over 1 million players pre-registering for the game worldwide, Neural Cloud offers a non-linear style of gameplay that promotes creativity and customization. The game will be available as a free-to-play title on both the Google Play Store and iOS App Store. Neural Cloud is a hero collector game that incorporates gachapon mechanics to allow players to summon their preferred characters, referred to as "Dolls" within the game. Like other gacha games, the rarity of Dolls affects the likelihood of summoning them, with higher-rarity Dolls having lower summoning rates and lower-rarity Dolls having higher summoning rates. The followings are the different Doll rarities and their corresponding rates:

  • 3-Star Dolls – 3.6% probability of being summoned
  • 2-Star Dolls – 18.6% probability of being summoned
  • 1-Star Dolls – 77.8% probability of being summoned

3-Star Florence (PA-15)

In-game, Florence is classified as a 3-Star Doll with the Medic attribute and is considered one of the most effective healers upon its global launch. Florence can provide the Protection buff to an ally, reducing incoming damage. With her active ability, Special Care, Florence can heal the ally with the lowest current HP for 500% of her Calculation Power, increasing by 1% for each 1% missing health of the target, while also applying 5 stacks of Protection. Each stack of Protection reduces incoming damage by 16%. Florence's ultimate ability, Forbidden Secret Medicine, allows her to drain 60% of a selected ally's HP, providing them with the Excited buff for 7 seconds. During the excited state, the ally receives a 100% increase in Attack Power and Calculation Power, as well as 10% Lifesteal. Furthermore, Florence's passive skill, Charming Angel, causes her every fourth basic attack to inflict a Charm debuff for 4 seconds. This debuff increases the target's attack speed by 50% and compels enemies to attack allies.

3-Star Gin

Medic type, Drunken Night Feast increases Gin's critical hit rate and provides allies with his basic attack effects. Cloud Server Special lets Gin's basic attacks heal the lowest HP ally and provide them with a defense buff. Amber Dreams is a healing ultimate that heals all allies and grants an extra heal bonus to allies with a defense buff.

3-Star Croque

Guard type, Perseverance lets Croque heal herself over time and increases the healing amount while taunting enemies. Aegis Shield buffs Croque with a shield and taunts all enemies. Machine God's Roar is an AOE-damaging ultimate that deals damage and applies a debuff.

This debuff causes a damaging explosion, dealing 40% of her Attack as physical damage, and can be stacked. Twigs' active ability, Flowery Flow, puts her in a Blossom stance for 6 seconds, during which her normal attacks take the form of fan-shaped narrow projectiles that hit three units, dealing 120% of her Attack as physical damage and applying Embroidery debuff stacks. At the end of the Blossom stance, all Embroidery debuff stacks on all enemies are detonated. Twigs' ultimate ability, Needle Work, fires needle-like projectiles in a specific direction, dealing physical damage equal to 800% of her Attack to all enemies hit. Angela's ultimate ability, Phantasmagoria of the Dragon's Nest, is a crowd-controlling skill that targets a single enemy and afflicts it with a Dragon's Breath debuff.
