Mortal Kombat 1

Mortal Kombat 1 Plot
In the aftermath of defeating Kronika and Shang Tsung, Fire God Liu Kang uses Kronika's Hourglass to reshape the universe before entrusting it to Geras to safeguard Earthrealm. Over time, he forms a fragile alliance with Outworld to continue Mortal Kombat tournaments. In the present, a powerless Shang Tsung gets an offer from a mysterious figure named "Damashi" who reveals hidden forces at work. Meanwhile, Liu Kang recruits allies for a tournament, and Raiden becomes Earthrealm's champion.
Kenshi, Kung Lao, and Johnny investigate Shang Tsung in Outworld, discovering sinister activities. They thwart his attempts, but Mileena attacks, manipulated by Shang Tsung. The Earthrealmers escape and uncover a plot involving soul-stealing devices created by Quan Chi. They warn Liu Kang, who tasks warriors to stop Shang Tsung but faces betrayals. "Damashi" reveals his identity from a parallel timeline, leading to an alliance against the sorcerers.
Liu Kang confronts the sorcerers, who summon evil counterparts. After a fierce battle, they erase Titan Shang Tsung and his timeline. In a mid-credits scene, Titan Havik vows to start a new battle.Liu Kang secretly guards multiple timelines. An alternate Scorpion seeks a timeline with his living wife and finds her with her version of Scorpion. They join forces to fight her Quan Chi.
