Persona 3 Reload is a video game made by Atlus. It's like a new version of another game called Persona 3 from 2006. This new version came out on February 2, 2024, and you can play it on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
In this game, you play as a high school student who comes back to his home city ten years after his parents died in a car crash. The main character can summon something called a Persona, which is like a manifestation of his inner spirit. He joins a group called the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad (S.E.E.S.) with other people who can do the same thing. Together, they have to fight Shadows and solve the mystery of the Dark Hour.
Fans of the Persona series really wanted a remake of Persona 3, especially after the success of Persona 5. Atlus, the game developers, officially said they heard the fans and started working on Reload in 2019. They announced the game in June 2023, after first talking about it in April 2023.
Reload keeps the original Persona 3 story but makes it look and work better. The characters got new designs by Azusa Shimada, and Shigenori Soejima made sure everything looked good. Atsushi Kitajoh made new music for the game, and Azumi Takahashi and Lotus Juice sang some of the songs. The game aims to match the quality of the later games in the Persona series.

Elizabeth doesn't give you much of a clue about what the item should be. So, what you need to do is bring her a Black Quartz. You can get a Black Quartz by climbing Tartarus, the main dungeon in the game. If you've been exploring Tartarus regularly, chances are you might already have one.
Once you have the Black Quartz, head over to Club Escapade. It's a location in the game where you can find a shopkeeper. Give the Black Quartz to the shopkeeper, and then you'll need to buy a pair of glasses from him. Buying the glasses is what makes you fulfill the request. Once you've got the glasses, go back to Elizabeth and give them to her.
How to Complete I Want to Look Fashionable Request 29 in Persona 3 Reload?
To complete Request 29, "I Want to Look Fashionable," in Persona 3 Reload, you first need to obtain a Black Quartz. This valuable item is dropped by the Lustful Snake enemy in Tartarus, specifically in the Arqa and Yabbashah blocks. You can find these enemies on floors 28 to 68 and 69 to 91.
Depending on your character's level, the Lustful Snake may appear as a red shadow, indicating a strong enemy. It's advisable to engage them, especially as you ascend higher in Tartarus. When facing the Lustful Snake, use ice-based (Bufu-type) attacks, as they are weak against them. Having Mitsuru in your party, who specializes in ice magic, can be particularly helpful during these encounters.
Once you've acquired the Black Quartz, head to Club Escapade in Paulownia Mall. Inside the club, locate the Luxury Shopkeeper NPC behind the bar on the left side. Initiate a conversation with him and give him the Black Quartz. This action unlocks a new item for sale - a pair of glasses.
Purchase the glasses from the shopkeeper for 10,000 yen. Now that you have the glasses, find Elizabeth and talk to her. Turn in the glasses to successfully complete Request 29: "I Want to Look Fashionable." Keep in mind that you have until 7/5 in the game to finish this request, so don't delay if you want to receive the rewards. Completing this quest earns you five Power Incense Is, allowing you to boost the main character's strength stat.
