You can't start hanging out with Yukari until after your summer vacation. So, when you come back from summer break, on September 3rd, you can finally begin your friendship with her. But there's a catch: you need to have a high Charm level. Make sure your Charm level is at least Level Six before trying to start the Lovers Social Link.
To find Yukari, look for her in your classroom near the door. When you talk to her, she'll give you a hint that she's ready to spend time with you.
Progressing the Lovers Social Link:
Once you've started the Lovers Social Link, you'll go through different ranks as you spend time with Yukari. Each rank shows how close you are to her and reveals more about her feelings and experiences.
