PUBG
PUBG, short for player unknown's Battlegrounds, is a popular battle royale video game developed and published by PUBG Corporation, a subsidiary of South Korean video game company Krafton. The game originated as a mod created by Brendan "PlayerUnknown" Greene for other games, drawing inspiration from the 2000 Japanese film Battle Royale. It later evolved into a standalone game under Greene's creative direction. In PUBG, players engage in a fierce battle to be the last ones standing in a shrinking multiplayer arena.
The game was initially released in March 2017 for Microsoft Windows through Steam's early access program, followed by a full release in December of the same year. It also became available for Xbox One in December 2017 through Xbox Game Preview and for PlayStation 4 in December 2018. PUBG Mobile, a free-to-play version of the game designed for mobile devices, was launched in March 2018.
PUBG has achieved both critical acclaim and commercial success, boasting a player base of over 100 million worldwide. Its realistic graphics, intense gameplay, and strategic elements have garnered praise. However, the game has faced criticism for technical issues, including server lag and cheating.
Nevertheless, PUBG remains one of the most popular video games globally, earning accolades such as Game of the Year at The Game Awards 2017. It is credited with popularizing the battle royale genre, influencing the success of other titles like Fortnite and Apex Legends.
In 2022, PUBG Corporation announced the release of a new game, PUBG: New State, specifically designed for mobile devices. Set in the future, the game introduces fresh weapons, vehicles, and gameplay mechanics. PUBG: New State was launched in November 2022.
PUBG is a groundbreaking game that has left a significant impact on the gaming industry. It is a must-play for fans of action-packed games and multiplayer shooters seeking a challenging and immersive experience.

Tactical Gear
In this update, we are transforming Tactical Gear into indispensable assets by giving them a fresh purpose and amplifying their importance beyond being mere consumables. Regardless of whether you prefer playing solo or as part of a team, this update offers a plethora of ways to experience the game. The revitalized Tactical Gear aims to foster a sense of accomplishment among players of all skill levels, allowing them to make valuable contributions to their squad's triumph.
It's important to note that these changes apply specifically to Normal Matches, Intense Battle Royale mode, and Custom Matches (Normal Match, Intense Battle Royale).
EMT Gear
To primarily serves the purpose of team healing rather than self-healing, the healing feature will only apply to team members. Additionally, to balance the overly beneficial healing effects when using heal items, the usage time of heal items has been adjusted to the following:
Tactical Pack
Spotter Scope
Improved for more straightforward and less time-consuming use.
Drone
Blue Chip Detector
The Blue Chip Detector has been perceived as an overperforming gear. Therefore, it has been decided to receive several adjustments to harmonize it with other Tactical Gear.
After observing the significant usefulness of Tactical Gear in gameplay, we recognize the weighty decision players face when sacrificing a primary weapon slot for these items, especially during critical battles that require effective mid-to-long-range combat. With the Tactical Gear system receiving an overhaul, we eagerly anticipate witnessing the diverse gameplay strategies our players will employ!
For solo play, we look forward to seeing players craft strategies around their chosen Tactical Gear, selecting items that complement their primary weapon. For instance, the EMT Gear can facilitate a patient and methodical approach, allowing players to spend more time looting and gradually move towards the Safe Zone. The Drone and Blue Chip Detector can aid in quick penetration of the center area, swiftly identifying incoming enemies. Meanwhile, the Tactical Pack may suit those who favor weapons with high ammo consumption, and the Spotter Scope could prove ideal for precise long-distance engagements.
In team play, we anticipate strategic looting that aligns with team dynamics, ensuring roles do not overlap. Each teammate will have a distinct role that contributes effectively to the team's primary objective. Utilize the Drone and Spotter Scope for ordering and coordination, or employ the Spotter Scope to enhance accuracy for sharpshooters. Novice players can benefit from the EMT Gear and Tactical Pack, allowing them to actively contribute to the team's survival. The Blue Chip Detector can also provide optimal information delivery.
To ensure a fair playing field, we have implemented proportional constraints based on in-game performance. Our intention is not to unfairly boost the abilities of already skilled players. Once a Tactical Gear item is selected, it becomes irreplaceable, requiring players to consistently use their chosen equipment throughout the match. Additionally, we have carried out an overall balance update.
Items
Tactical Gear - Repair Kit
The current Helmet/Armor Repair Kits and Mechanic's Toolbox seemed to have limited applications in specific circumstances - therefore, we're merging them into a single versatile Repair Kit that can repair Helmets, Vests, and vehicles. With this multipurpose tool, you can now consider the possibility of pursuing the role of your team's go-to mechanic.
Emergency Pickup, BZ Grenade, Jammer Pack, Mortar, and Panzerfaust
