In that case, restart from the last checkpoint. To defuse the first bomb, remove the Green Wire first, then the Blue Wire, and finally the Red Wire from the bottom, with the order of the 12V wires not mattering.
The second bomb, near the end of the game before the ED-209 battle, has three sets of wires to defuse in the same way. Cut the Blue Wires (Middle, Left, Right), then the Red Wires (Middle, Left, Right), and finally the Green Wires (Right, Middle, Left) by voltage order.
