At NXT Roadblock, Roxanne Perez faced her greatest challenge yet as she went head-to-head with the Final Boss, Meiko Satomura, for the NXT Women's Championship. The two had previously teamed up in a tag team match, and Satomura had offered this title match as a favor to Perez.
