• The entrance to the Gauntlet of Shar is located in the underground section of the Thorm Mausoleum, which is situated south of the Last Light Inn. Once you reach Reithwin Town, head north to find the crypt. 
• As you tag a waypoint past the graveyard, you'll encounter Raphael, a devil who proposes a deal involving defeating one of his rivals within the dungeon.

Solving the First Puzzle:

• Upon entering the Thorm Mausoleum, you'll encounter the first puzzle of the Gauntlet of Shar. This puzzle involves interacting with three murals in a specific order: "Splendor," "Tragedy," and "Infamy." Once you've activated these murals in the correct sequence, a doorway will open, allowing you to proceed deeper into the dungeon.

Statue Puzzle: 

• In the initial chamber of the dungeon, you'll come across a statue holding an orb. To solve the puzzle associated with this statue, you'll need to perform the following steps:
• Lower all the lanterns in the side rooms to extinguish their light, creating complete darkness.
• With the room now dark, a pattern will become visible on the floor.
• You must carefully guide one of your characters using crouch-walking to traverse the floor without stepping on the pattern.
• Successfully navigating the pattern will lead your character to a location where they can grab the Umbral Gem, which unlocks a doorway.

Umbral Tremor Battle: 

• Continuing through the dungeon, you'll encounter a battle against undead enemies known as Umbral Tremors. Defeating these enemies will allow you to progress further.

Additional Rooms:

•  As you explore deeper into the Gauntlet of Shar, you'll come across several distinct rooms:
• Treasure Room: You'll encounter a locked room containing treasure chests that you can unlock and loot.
• Balthazar's Lair: In this room, you have the option to help Balthazar and receive an item that allows you to summon a Flesh Golem.
• Statue of Shar: This room features a statue of Shar that grants necrotic damage resistance, providing a strategic advantage.

Astarion's Pale Elf Quest: 

• To complete Astarion's Pale Elf quest, head to the antechamber of the dungeon and encounter the demon Orthon.You have the option to engage in combat with the Orthon or persuade it to depart peacefully. If you choose the latter option, you'll need to pass an Arcana check to uncover that the contract with Raphael was a deceitful trick. You can then persuade the Orthon to eliminate its followers and ultimately sacrifice itself.

•  Upon successfully navigating the Gauntlet of Shar, you'll be rewarded with an Infernal Iron as a valuable item.

How to Solve Shar Statue Plaques Puzzles?

5. Rearrange the West Plaque Letters:

   • Rearrange the letters to form the word: "SHADOWS – FELL – STAGED – DAYS."
