Additionally, Tony Hawk will personally select the winner of the "Tony's Pick" category, based on the skater who showcases the most creative boardslide and/or lipslide. During the competition, participants will have the opportunity to work on and perfect these tricks.

Tony Hawk's Skatepark Hero is being organized by Colossal as part of a fundraising campaign for DTCare. Donations received from the voting process will be directed to DTCare, which will then grant the funds to The Skatepark Project, after deducting competition fees and costs. The objective is to assist underserved communities in creating safe and inclusive public skateparks for young people.

Colossal takes pride in supporting this organization's mission to provide grants to low-income communities, facilitating the construction of quality skateparks and offering guidance to city officials, parents, and children.
