Passive Rainbow Weaver

Ix Chel can accumulate one color of the rainbow every time she hits an enemy god or grants a beneficial effect to an allied god. Once she collects all six colors, her next basic attack becomes more potent, with increased size and no movement penalty. Additionally, it deals bonus damage equivalent to 40% of her Magical Power. Get ready to unleash the full potential of Ix Chel's rainbow powers on the battlefield.

Ability 1 - Gliming Blast

With a powerful blast of light, Ix Chel unleashes damage that can pierce through minions and stops at the first enemy god hit. Moreover, minions and Jungle Camps take an additional +40% damage from this attack. Whenever this ability strikes an enemy, it transforms, unlocking new potential. The maximum range for this ability is 70, and it deals damage equivalent to 60/80/100/120/140 (+40% of your Magical Power). With a cost range of 40/45/50/55/60 and a cooldown of 6 seconds, Ix Chel is a formidable force on the battlefield.

Ability 1 Alternate - Threads of Light

Ix Chel creates strands of light that take a brief moment to illuminate before damaging enemies in their path. Those facing the strands as they illuminate are Blinded for a second. Additionally, enemies struck by the tip of the field, where all strands converge, take bonus damage. When activated, this ability transforms into Gleaming Blast, and its cooldown begins. The range of this ability is 65, and it deals damage of 70/115/160/205/250 (+55% of your Magical Power), with a bonus damage of 30%. To utilize this ability, a cost of 50/55/60/65/70 is required. Get ready to dazzle your enemies with Ix Chel's potent light-weaving abilities.

Ability 2 - Lunar Invocation

By invoking lunar energy, Ix Chel marks a designated area on the ground that explodes after a brief delay, dealing damage to enemies and healing allies. The explosion also knocks up any enemies within range. The radius of this area is 20, with a range of 55. The damage dealt is 95/145/195/245/295 (+70% of your Magical Power), and allies within the radius receive a healing effect of 50/85/120/155/180. To utilize this ability, a cost of 65 is required, and it has a cooldown of 15 seconds. With this ability, Ix Chel is a formidable support unit on the battlefield, dealing damage and keeping allies healthy.

Ability 3 - Rainbow Crash

Ix Chel casts a rainbow of weaved light toward a designated location, gaining a small burst of Movement Speed. When the rainbow lands, it inflicts damage and Roots enemies while breaking apart into smaller orbs of light. These orbs can be picked up by Ix Chel and her allies, granting increased Movement Speed. The radius of this ability is 15, with a range of 55. It deals damage of 80/120/160/200/240 (+75% of your Magical Power) and Roots enemies for 1.25 seconds. Upon casting, Ix Chel gains 20% Movement Speed for three seconds, and her allies can pick up orbs for the same effect. To utilize this ability, a cost of 50/55/60/65/70 is required, and it has a cooldown of 14/13.5/13/12.5/12 seconds. With this ability, Ix Chel and her allies can quickly navigate the battlefield while inflicting damage and restraining enemies.

Unlimited - Great End

While channeling her energy, Ix Chel becomes immune to crowd control effects and unleashes a powerful beam of light that damages enemies and heals allies every 0.2 seconds for a total of 3 seconds. If Ix Chel successfully damages enemies and heals allies simultaneously, the duration of the beam increases. The damage dealt to enemies increases with each tick, but the increase decays rapidly if no recent damage has been inflicted. Additionally, when Ix Chel heals an ally, she also heals herself. Firing the beam grants Ix Chel 6 stacks of Rainbow Weaver. The ability has a range of 70 and deals 14/23/32/41/50 (+7.5% of your Magical Power) damage per tick, while healing for 2% of the target's missing health. The subsequent damage increase per tick is 5%, with a maximum damage increase of 100% per target. The maximum duration of the beam is 6 seconds. The ability costs 90 mana and has a cooldown of 90 seconds.

Smite

Hi-Rez Studios developed and published Smite, a free-to-play, third-person multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) video game in 2014. It is available on Microsoft Windows, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Amazon Luna. Smite features gameplay where players control a god, goddess, or other mythological character and engage in team-based combat by utilizing their abilities and tactics against other player-controlled gods and non-player-controlled minions. The game offers various player-versus-player (PVP) modes and a plethora of playable characters. Additionally, Smite has a thriving esports scene with multiple tournaments, including the highly anticipated annual Smite World Championship with a one-million-dollar prize pool.

Smite first became available to the public on May 31, 2012, when it entered its closed beta phase. After transitioning to open beta on January 24, 2013, the game was officially released on March 25, 2014. At the time of its release, Smite had already amassed a player base of 3 million, which increased to 4 million by June of that same year. By 2015, over 10 million players had played Smite. Hi-Rez Studios announced in June 2016 that the game had attracted 20 million players. As of 2019, Smite had surpassed 30 million players and generated a revenue of 300 million dollars. As of April 2020, Hi-Rez reported that the game had over 40 million players.

Smite Gameplay

Smite offers a wide range of game modes, with Conquest being the largest one. Players can select from Training (vs AI), Custom, Co-Op (with clan/friends), Normal, and Ranked play styles, and can choose from several standard game modes. Occasionally, special event games with unique rules, such as unlimited gold, are introduced.

When playing Smite, each player must select a god or other mythological figure to play as. Currently, players can choose from a variety of characters from different pantheons, including but not limited to Babylonian, Celtic, Chinese, Egyptian, Greek, Hindu, Japanese, Norse, Polynesian, Slavic, and Yoruba. The characters from King Arthur's legends (referred to as the Arthurian pantheon in-game) and the Cthulhu Mythos (referred to as the pantheon of the Great Old Ones) are also considered pantheons in the game.

Each character is classified into one of the following classes: Assassin, Guardian, Hunter, Mage, or Warrior. In competitive modes and those using a Draft pick method, each player must use a different character. Successful team configurations are typically based on standard RPG raid configurations, such as tanks, healers, and physical/magical damage, during god selection.

The player controls the god in a unique third-person perspective, unlike other games in the MOBA genre, which are typically played from a top-down perspective. Each god has a basic attack, a passive trait, and four abilities with varying effects, such as area damage, crowd control, buffs, and more. These abilities can be acquired and upgraded when the player's character levels up by gaining experience from being in a range of minions when they are killed, taking down towers or phoenixes, and defeating enemy characters. The maximum level is 20, and each successive level is more difficult to reach. Gold, used to purchase items that increase power, defense, and passive effects, as well as potions, wards, and abilities, is accumulated through standard periodic income, by slaying enemies (player and NPC alike) or selling owned items.

The large areas between the lanes make up what is called the "jungle," where computer-controlled monsters, such as packs of cyclopes or Furies (alternately referred to as harpies), periodically spawn at specific locations distributed symmetrically across the map. Killing certain monsters in the jungle causes a "buff" to drop on the ground, which can be picked up by a player, granting bonuses to stats such as damage dealt, movement speed, and attack speed, depending on the type of monster killed. There are three special neutral monsters that appear less frequently, and when killed, they grant the entire team that killed it a powerful damage buff for a medium length of time, a set amount of gold, and a speed boost when coming out of the base, respectively. There are also some monsters that do not offer a buff, only experience, and gold.
