Stardew Valley Release Date

Stardew Valley was released for Windows on February 26, 2016. The game's creator, Eric Barone, initially refused early access or pre-sale payments, wanting to ensure it was complete before launch. After the release, he continued to improve it based on player feedback and added features. Barone had plans for end-game content and bringing it to other platforms. 

He also aimed to include a four-player cooperative mode from the start, where players could share and work on the same farm.
