Retrieve Sahar Hasanov's Will from Sahar's Farm:
Open your Starmap and locate Sahar's Farm on Akila.
Upon landing, deal with the Ashta guarding the farm (typically not more than four).
Inside the structure, open the orange Storage Box to obtain Sahar Hasanov's Will, revealing Blake Aldwell as the primary heir.

Return to Akila City:
Optional Meeting with Frank Langston Regarding Sahar's Will:
Head to Langston Manor in Akila City.
Inform Frank Langston about Sahar Hasanov's Will.
Frank will offer you 10,000 Credits in exchange for the Will.
Choose between keeping the Will or giving it to Frank.

Report back to Mayor Cartwright with the outcome.
If you didn't give the Will to Frank, or if you rejected his offer, you'll receive at least 2,500 Credits and at least 100 XP from the mayor.
