Quest Start:

• Retrieve the elevator exit key from Paxton Hull's body in the factory.
• Follow the quest marker to reach the elevator and leave the factory.

Visit HopeTech:

• Head to HopeTown and enter HopeTech.
• Speak with Ron Hope in the warehouse.

Confront Ron Hope:

• Inform Ron about your findings regarding the First mercenaries.
• Ron admits he sought soil rich in minerals for HopeTech's profit, unaware that the mercenaries would steal land.

Make a Choice:

• Option 1: Let Ron go if he doesn't work with the First mercenaries again.
• Option 2: Accept Ron's bribe of 20,000 Credits (or negotiate for 50,000).
• Option 3: Kill Ron and his guards.

Consequences:

• If you let Ron go or accept the bribe, lie to Marshal Blake about Ron Hope's actions.
• If you choose to kill Ron, speak to Birgit after the fight and then tell the truth to Marshal Blake.

Quest Conclusion:

• The quest outcome remains the same regardless of the choice made.
• Return to Marshal Blake in Akila City, update him on your progress, and receive a promotion to a fully-fledged Freestar Ranger.
• Earn rewards: Freestar Ranger Badge and the Star Eagle ship.
