In 2008, Steel Panther changed their name and signed with Republic Records, marking their major label debut. Their album "Feel the Steel," released in 2009, achieved success, reaching No. 1 on the Billboard Comedy chart. It featured popular tracks like "Community Property" and "Death to All but Metal." Subsequent albums like "Balls Out" and "All You Can Eat" continued their comedic take on heavy metal.
Despite lineup changes and bassist Lexxi Foxx's departure in 2021, the band's irreverent spirit and dedication to glam metal live on, with the release of their sixth studio album, "On The Prowl," in 2023. Steel Panther has carved out a unique niche in the music world, blending humor with a genuine love for the genre.
