Hacker Mission Locations
There are two possible locations for acquiring the hacking device: N.O.O.S.E headquarters and FIB building. N.O.O.S.E Headquarters Mission: Go to a specific location, eliminate the corrupt agent, take the keycard, and head to the headquarters.
Sneak into the building, use your phone to find the hacking device, and avoid guards. FIB Building Mission: If assigned this mission, eliminate agents, acquire the FIB agent pass, and enter the FIB building. Find the hacking device in the same manner as before. When leaving, be prepared for a shootout with agents.
General Prep Work
Duggan Shipment mission is optional and not necessary for the Big Con approach. Vault Keycards: Acquire keycards by hijacking a prison bus and stealing them from guards while impersonating a prison guard. Alternatively, eliminate two security guards in different locations and take their cards. Patrol Routes: Highly recommended for the Big Con approach.

On the final prep board, select the Security Tunnel for entrance, Gruppe Sechs as entry disguise, Staff Lobby as the exit, NOOSE outfit as exit disguise, and choose a high-level buyer for better profit. Clean Vehicle and Gunman Decoy are unnecessary.
The Big Con Heist
Begin by entering the Gruppe Sechs stockade with your friend and driving to the casino. Proceed through the security tunnel and park the van at the designated spot. Take the elevator to the basement, disable keypads simultaneously with your friend, and enter the mantrap leading to the vault.
Knock out the guard, hack fingerprint scanners (same pattern throughout the vault), and exit the vault before the timer runs out. Swipe keycards simultaneously at the mantrap, return to the staff lobby, and leave through the designated exit.
Take out guards silently on the way and reach the NOOSE outfits. Exit through the staff lobby, head to the race track, jump over the fence, and escape through the sewer tunnel. Lose the wanted level, drive to the buyer, and avoid getting close to the casino to prevent re-triggering the wanted level.
