The Marked Heart Season 2 Plot
A year and a half later, Camila is living in Turkey, constantly looking over her shoulder due to the fear of Zacarías's men. She discovers that he has found out about her fake death and must flee to Mexico to be with Simón. However, upon her arrival, they are both ensnared in a trap along with Simón's family. Zacarías delivers devastating news to Simón about Samantha.
Camila offers a daring proposal to Zacarías, but he refuses to accept it. In order to help Samantha, Simón and Tomás take extreme measures, landing them in a precarious situation that becomes public knowledge. Greta confronts and threatens Zacarías while Simón's bravery pays off.
Unfortunately, the family's improving luck is shattered by a blow from the enemy, causing Samantha's condition to worsen. Zacarías gives Simón a macabre choice, forcing him to give in to the pressure. Cardenás becomes aware of Zacarías's involvement with the Organization and sets a deadline for him to eliminate them.
Camila seeks Greta's assistance with Samantha, while Simón's desperation increases as Nicky falls victim to the Organization. Zacarías also experiences setbacks in his political career. The various plot lines converge in a violent showdown at the Eden Club, involving Tulio and his police friends, and Simón must resort to violence.
