It is available after completing the Lightning Temple.To start the quest, speak to Cara at the Jewelry Shop in Gerudo Town. She will tell you that the owner of the shop, Isha, has gone missing. Head west from Gerudo Town to the Toruma Dunes. You will find Isha sitting by a campfire.

She is being attacked by a Molduga, a large sandworm creature. You must defeat the Molduga in order to save Isha. You can do this by throwing bombs at it, or by shooting it with arrows.Once you have defeated the Molduga, talk to Isha. She will thank you for your help and give you a reward. Return to Cara in Gerudo Town and tell her that you have found Isha. She will give you a diamond as a reward
