The Woman in the House Across the Street ending explained

In the final moments of "The Woman in the House Across the Street," Anna engages in a bloody brawl with Emma. Prior to the fight, Anna had pursued Buell to Neil and Emma's house, under the impression that he was the killer. There, she discovers Buell dying and Neil fatally shot, as Emma confesses to murdering several people. However, things take a strange turn when Anna boards a plane to New York and finds a dead woman next to her. Despite alerting a flight attendant, the body disappears, leading Anna to question her sanity.
