In the mission "Things Done Changed", you wake up in an FIA-operated hospital in Langley. Reed, the first person you talk to, explains what's happened since you passed out in the FIA AV.

After calling your friends, use the intercom to leave the clinic. Delamain drives you to Vik's clinic. You can ask him what's changed in Night City during your coma. Get out of the cab. Misty's shop is gone, replaced by a Zetatech cyberware store. Go to Vik's shop, give him the bottle, and ask about Misty.
Vik can't restore your enhancements. Shake his hand and leave; two street thugs confront you. You encounter Misty, who helps you. Before she leaves for an ancient forest in Poland, she assures you that you'll find your way in life, even if you're just another face in the crowd.
