Currently standing at P8 in the standings, Vialle aims to return and continue competing at High Point next weekend.

In his own words, Tom Vialle expressed feeling positive about the track throughout the day. Unfortunately, a crash on the start straight during the first moto led to significant damage to his bike and dropped him to the last position. This second crash resulted in a hurt left wrist, though fortunately, not a severe injury. Nevertheless, it left him unable to participate in the second moto after the sighting lap. What Happened to Tom Vialle?

Tom Vialle, the Pro Motocross newcomer, shared his experience on the track during the recent event. Despite feeling confident and performing well from the first practice session, he encountered a significant setback. During the first moto, he suffered a crash on the start straight, causing a chain reaction that involved multiple riders. This crash left his bike damaged, and he found himself at the back of the pack.

Undeterred, Vialle showcased his determination and skill as he made a remarkable comeback, steadily climbing back up the ranks to reach around 16th position. However, with only two laps remaining, misfortune struck again, and he had another crash. As a result, he injured his left wrist, but fortunately, it was not a severe injury.

Despite the pain being manageable, the weakness in his wrist made it impractical to participate in the second moto after completing the sighting lap. Consequently, he and his team made the tough decision not to line up for the race. The priority now is to prioritize his recovery and ensure he is fit to compete at the upcoming event at High Point next week, which remains his ultimate goal. Vialle's optimistic outlook and determination to return to the track exemplify his dedication to the sport of motocross.

“I was really disappointed not to be able to race in the second moto today after falling in the first one. I haven’t done any major damage, but I was banged up in what was a really big crash for me. I’m kind of lucky now that we have the break with two weekends off, so I will have time to heal up and look ahead to Unadilla.”
