GENERAL UPDATES
We've upgraded the sound-generation engine in the game a couple of versions. This covers ALL sound (voiceovers, announcements, environmental sounds, pings, bullets, ricochets, abilities, gunskins, finishers, etc.) except for voice chat. If we've done our job right, you should notice nothing different, but please let us know if you see (hear!) anything unexpected.
BUG FIXES
Fixed an issue where the Spray Wheel was not appearing in Team Deathmatch and Escalation during Warmups.
KNOWN ISSUES
The Araxys skin line muzzle flash is currently displaying in black and white for chromas in third person.

Valorant Gameplay
Valorant is a team-based first-person tactical hero shooter set in a near-future world. Players take on the roles of Agents, each representing different countries and cultures. The game's primary mode assigns players to either an attacking or defending team, with each team consisting of five players. Agents possess unique abilities that require charges, and they also have an ultimate ability that charges up through various means like earning kills, deaths, orbs, or completing objectives.
At the start of each round, players are equipped with a "classic" pistol and charge for their "signature ability." Additional weapons and ability charges can be purchased using an in-game economic system that rewards money based on previous round outcomes, player kills, and objective completions.
A wide array of weapons is available, including secondary sidearms and primary guns such as submachine guns, shotguns, machine guns, assault rifles, and sniper rifles. Each weapon has a distinctive shooting pattern, requiring player skill to control for accurate shooting.
Currently, there are 22 agents to choose from, each with their own unique abilities and playstyles. While players start with five unlocked agents, they can unlock additional agents by activating the agent's contract and earning XP through gameplay. This agent selection system offers players a diverse and dynamic roster to experiment with and master.
