Vikram Vedha Ending Explained
Vikram Vedha is a story of two friends, Vikram and Abbas, who share a deep bond. Abbas, a good police officer, faces a financial crisis due to his son's chronic illness. He succumbs to greed and accepts an offer to kill criminals by a gangster named Babloo. However, his conscience starts to bother him, and he decides to save a girl named Chanda from the gang. Unfortunately, Abbas and Chanda both die in the process and Vikram, not knowing the truth about Chanda's innocence, kills an innocent boy named Shatak.
In the end, Vikram and Vedha, the gangster, confront each other, and it is revealed that Vikram has killed an innocent person. However, Vedha has never killed an innocent man. Vikram is not at fault, though, as he did not know Shatak was innocent. Vikram is faced with the decision of whether to kill Vedha or not, but ultimately, they both need each other to survive, and they live on for each other.

Vikram Vedha Plot
SSP Vikram is an honest police officer who believes in good and evil in a black-and-white sense. On the other hand, Vedha Betal is a notorious gangster from Kanpur who understands the nuances of life. Vikram's best friend SSP Abbas leads a squad formed to eliminate Vedha, and in one encounter, they kill some of Vedha's men, framing an unarmed criminal killed by Vikram to avoid further investigation.
Vedha surrenders voluntarily and offers to tell Vikram a story. In the story, Vedha becomes a gangster, and his brother Shatak, a mathematical genius, is forced to carry drugs by a rival gangster, Babloo. Shatak confesses, and Babloo is arrested, but on Shiv Prasad's orders, Babloo assaults Shatak, leaving a permanent scar on his hand.
Vedha asks Vikram if he should kill Babloo or Shiv Prasad. Vikram replies that Shiv Prasad was the real culprit, to which Vedha implies that he killed Shiv Prasad. Vedha's lawyer turns out to be Vikram's wife Priya, who bails him out. Vikram realizes that the unarmed criminal they framed was actually Shatak. Later, Abbas and Chanda are shot dead, and Vikram raids Vedha's tenements and captures him.
Vedha tells Vikram another story about Shatak, offering to launder Vedha's income by investing it in shares. Chanda supposedly kidnaps the money and runs away. She returns and reveals that she stole the money to start a new life but came back because she loves Shatak. Vedha returns the money to his boss Parshuram Pandey, who orders him to kill Chanda. Vikram suggests supporting Shatak instead of Pandey and inciting a gang war. Vedha attacks and subdues Vikram and tells him to investigate Shatak's and Abbas's deaths.
Vikram investigates and finds the leader of the Mumbai Gang from Vedha's story. He fights him for the gang leader to kill Vikram before getting shot and killed by his unit member Deepak. Vikram deduces that Babloo is behind the encounter and informs Vedha. Vikram arrives at an abandoned factory, where Vedha tells him the final act.
Vedha had sent Shatak and Chanda to Mumbai, and he noticed that only his men, except Pandey's, were being targeted and eliminated by the cops. On Babloo's confession, Vedha tells that Abbas was bribed by Babloo to kill his men, and asks Vikram if Abbas was right since he became corrupt to pay for his son's medical procedure.
Vedha kills Babloo, and as the unit prepares to kill Vikram, Vedha reappears and saves him. A gunfight ensues, and Vikram disables all his colleagues with Vedha's help but kills the IG. A standoff ensues between Vikram and Vedha, and Vikram asks whether he should let Vedha go or kill him since he is a criminal.

Saif Ali Khan and Hrithik Roshan's highly anticipated film Vikram Vedha, directed by Pushkar-Gayatri, is set to make its premiere on JioCinema, an OTT platform, after a long wait of seven months. The movie, which is a remake of a Tamil film of the same name, will be available for streaming starting May 12. Hrithik expressed his excitement about the digital release of the film in a statement, stating that it feels like a film release all over again and that he's experiencing pre-release jitters.
