WarioWare: Move It! Gameplay

WarioWare: Move It! engages players with its signature fast-paced minigames, termed "microgames." Similar to its predecessor, WarioWare: Smooth Moves, released on the Wii in 2006, Move It! capitalizes on the motion controls of the Nintendo Switch's Joy-Con controllers. With over 200 microgames, each microgame introduces a specific "form" guiding how players should initially hold the Joy-Con, followed by dynamic movements to complete the challenges.

The game utilizes motion controls extensively, with the infrared camera on the right Joy-Con adding an extra layer of interaction. Move It! prioritizes cooperative play, offering local co-op for two players to synchronize their motions in completing microgames. Additional multiplayer modes accommodate up to four players, enhancing the social and interactive gaming experience.

WarioWare: Move It! Plot

In the plot of WarioWare: Move It!, Wario seizes an opportunity to win a trip to "Caresaway Island" by indulging his appetite for garlic burgers. Ordering fifty of them, Wario unintentionally secures a vacation with twenty friends. Despite his initial dismay, Wario, along with his friends, arrives at the island, where they receive Form Stones resembling Joy-Cons.

The gang embarks on diverse adventures: Wario attempts to escape temple residents, Mona explores underwater for mermaids, and Dr. Crygor, Penny, and Mike time travel to the Stone Age. Each character faces unique challenges, from Ashley trying to reverse Red's miniaturization to Young Cricket battling penguins.

In a misadventure, Wario ends up merging with a volcano after attempting to steal gold items from a temple. Utilizing the Form Stones, his friends defeat him, returning him to normal. However, Wario's antics lead to unexpected worship from the temple residents, adding a humorous twist to their island escapade.
