Welcome to Eden Season 1 Plot

Zoa, a young woman, wakes up alone on an isolated island, unable to remember what happened to her the day before. As she picks up an empty bottle on the beach, she suddenly recalls the chaos she experienced in the previous 12 hours. The story then goes back two weeks earlier to a normal day in Zoa's life, where she receives a message from a soft drink brand inviting her to a free launch party on the island of Eden.

Despite the rules stating that invitees cannot reveal the location or bring anyone with them, Zoa takes her childhood best friend Judith along. Upon arriving at the island, the invitees are subjected to various checks and restrictions, such as metal detectors and phone confiscation. As the night progresses, the energy of the party changes and only five guests are selected to try the company's new energy drink, Blue Eden.

However, after consuming the drink, Zoa and the four other selected guests begin to hallucinate and vomit. The next morning, Zoa wakes up on the beach, stranded on the island with the other four guests, and suspicious of the situation. Astrid, one of the party hosts and company founders, informs them that everyone else has left the island except for the five of them, and boats will arrive the next day to take them back to the shore.

However, Zoa begins to suspect that something is wrong with the island and that Judith might have abandoned her. The story revolves around Zoa and the other guests' efforts to survive on the island, discover the truth about what happened, and find a way back to civilization.

Welcome to Eden Season 1 Review

A group of young adults sets off on the adventure of a lifetime to the breathtaking island of Eden, only to realize that their trip is not just for fun. Many found the show to be visually stunning and well-crafted, with strong performances that kept me intrigued and at times, amazed by its creativity. However, it can feel sluggish and repetitive at times, despite standout episodes like the first few and episode seven.

The show's willingness to take risks with its characters was appreciated by many, even if it means letting go of major players. Eden is populated by a gorgeous cast, with toned abs aplenty and plenty of wild behavior to keep things exciting. It's almost as if there's a beauty salon on the island, given how flawless every cast member looks in every scene, especially Astrid
