In the Indigo Disk DLC of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, finding Alolan Form Pokemon is part of a mission given by the professor at Blueberry Academy. To start, head to the Coastal Biome, where you'll meet Lacey.
The professor there wants you to catch Alolan Form Pokemon for a short assignment. If you don't have the Alolan Form Pokemon in your Pokedex, you can battle a trainer named Leo. Beating Leo's team will add the locations of these Alolan Pokemon to your Pokedex. This makes it easier for you to find them in the Coastal Biome.
To easily catch an Alolan Form Pokemon, head north of the class to a grassy hill. There, you'll find Grimer and Exeggutor roaming around. Approach one of them, weaken it in battle, and then try catching it using a Poke Ball. Once you've caught an Alolan Form Pokemon, return to the professor at Blueberry Academy and show it to them to complete the mission.
After finishing this task, Lacey will introduce you to BP (Blueberry Points) and Blueberry Quests (BBQs). You can access available quests by pressing the right direction button. Completing these quests earns you BP that you can use to buy items at the academy's cafeteria or store. Alternatively, you can donate these points to support different school clubs in the League Club room.
