You need to find five Magic Growing Cacti as part of the "A Secret Mission in Uncharted Space" quest.
After talking to Buzz Lightyear, go down the stairs and find the first Magic Growing Cactus to your left.
Go to the right side of the staircase and inside the Wardrobe. The second Magic Growing Cactus is on the floor near the door.
Come out from the Wardrobe, and in front of you, under the car track, you'll find the third Magic Growing Cactus.
Turn back from the location under the car track and find the fourth Cactus behind the white bookshelf at the corner of the room.
