This will reveal a hidden room that you can enter. Continue through the doorway that leads downwards, following the corridor.
As you progress, you will reach a new room adorned with a couple of stone altars. In this room, interact with the central platform by pressing Square / X / E to offer 100 Gold Bars. Once the offering is made, the Chalice will materialize in a box beside you. The exciting part is that multiple players can claim the Chalice once the payment of 100 Gold is made. If someone has already obtained it, don't worry—simply collect your reward from the box free of charge.
