2. Lookout Landing:
After upgrading your inventory space twice at Lindor's Brow, Hestu will relocate to Lookout Landing, found in Central Hyrule. He will be wandering randomly, so you may need to search for him. Hestu will still offer to expand your inventory space for Korok Seeds at this new location.
3. Korok Forest:
Once you gain access to the Korok Forest, Hestu will permanently move there. You will find him situated in the center of the forest, near the Great Deku Tree. Hestu will continue providing the service of expanding your inventory space for Korok Seeds at this particular location.

To help locate it, the nearest Skyview Tower is the Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower, positioned to the north of the forest.
On the map, the forest stands out prominently as a vast expanse of densely packed trees. When viewed from above, you'll immediately notice its distinct feature—a thick fog blankets the entire area. Within the depths of the Korok Forest lies the Great Deku Tree, a majestic and ancient guardian.
