Portia, feeling upset, meets and connects with Albie Di Grasso, a recent Stanford graduate who is exploring his family's roots in Sicily with his father Dominic and womanizing grandfather Bert. Dominic, a Hollywood producer, is struggling to keep his marriage intact due to his infidelity.

Meanwhile, married couple Ethan and Harper Spiller join Ethan's college roommate Cameron Sullivan and his wife Daphne on the trip to Sicily. Harper is put off by Cameron and Daphne's constant displays of affection, believing them to be insincere. Cameron inadvertently exposes himself to Harper while changing into his swim trunks. Before they have sex, Tanya finds a photo of Quentin and Greg together in their younger days. After learning about Cameron's kiss with Harper, Ethan violently attacks him, but a bystander intervenes before he can cause serious harm. Seeking solace, Ethan joins Daphne on a walk to a nearby island, and they have sex. Energized by the experience, Ethan has sex with Harper, rekindling their passion. Albie convinces Dominic to send €50,000 to Lucia to free her from Alessio, in exchange for Albie's help in saving Dominic's marriage. Lucia leaves Albie and celebrates her scam with Mia and Alessio. Valentina reinstates Rocco to reception, and Mia becomes the new piano player, upsetting Giuseppe. Portia wakes up to find her phone missing and borrows Jack's to call Tanya, who becomes increasingly paranoid and suspects that Greg hired Quentin and his associates to kill her. Fearing for her life, Tanya retrieves Niccolo's gun and kills Quentin, Didier, and Niccolo before slipping and drowning while trying to escape on a dinghy. Portia confronts Jack about his relationship with Quentin, and he drops her off near the airport before warning her not to return. Albie and Portia reunite at the airport. The next day, Daphne discovers Tanya's body on the shore, and the other bodies from the yacht are found soon after.
